Aesop Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed to the nominated value online at aesop.co.nz or within an Aesop Signature Store within New Zealand only (excluding Click and Collect order). It cannot be refunded or transferred to another recipient.
Gift Cards purchased before March 16, 2026, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase within New Zealand. Gift Cards purchased from March 16, 2026 onwards, are valid for 36-months in compliance with updated legislation.
How to redeem your Digital Gift Card:
Digital Gift Cards are not applied in the promotional code box, but later in the checkout experience. Once you reach the payment method stage, you can enter your Digital Gift Card details by selecting 'Pay with Gift Card'.
