Delivery options and shipping costs
Standard shipping is free of charge and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

- Orders are shipped with Castle Parcel.
- Please note that these times don't include the dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas or during high-order times might take a bit longer.
- Orders that include items classified as dangerous to transport will take an additional 2-5 business days to be delivered.
- All orders are sent from our Auckland Distribution Centre via Castle Parcel. Once your items are shipped, you'll receive tracking and delivery information by email.
- Castle Parcel are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes.
